The new album “Breathe” from Low Speed Bus Chase (LSBC) is an upbeat, electric shot of their signature style. Released in February 2013 “Breathe” encapsulates the journey LSBC has taken since forming in 2008. It offers genuine insight to the inner workings of a band depicting a clear and atmospheric sound scape.
“Breathe” has been carefully crafted over a year in the making. Drawing on their collective pool of influence, knowledge and individual talents LSBC have come away from the pre-production and recording process with a product that is hailed as their greatest work to date.
LSBC are taking the New Year in their stride. Starting with a bang, they released “Breathe” at “The 2013 National Multi-Cultural Festival” in Canberra on the 8th of February to the diverse masses of the Multi-Cultural Festival. Sharing the festival stage with names like Kate Cebrano, Christine Anu and Sol Nation, LSBC delivered their high energy; stage stomping performance that resonates in fans minds well after the show is through.
LSBC are Melbourne based and focusing on upcoming gigs and a string of music videos to accompany the new album “Breathe”. Working and collaborating with Matt O’Connor of PMD Studios, LSBC are looking to add to their rich collection of music videos and extend their reach to the online community that so gratefully accepted the “West Melbourne Sessions” (A series of acoustic performances featuring new and old tracks). Looking back LSBC has a healthy catalogue of work and the future is sure to be an exciting trip. LSBC will continue to evolve and produce music that offers the listener a unique perspective, with intriguing lyrics set over the great depths of their melodic rock. Moving the listener is the LSBC motto. Whether that be with motion or emotion, and in most cases, both. LSBC has something that everyone can enjoy.
